ブティックホテル、バスが広くジャグジー付きで広々とした天井が高い部屋
街の中心地であり、手頃で美味しいレストランがホテル近辺にあります。 野菜、チーズ、精肉のマルシェがもあります。 グルメな方にはおすすめの地域です。 ホテルのスタッフの方もとても親切で、ペットも歓迎してくれるホテル。 １つだけ不便だったのが、部屋にゴミ箱がなかった。

清潔なホテルです。
駅から徒歩13分程、スーツケースを持っていてもギリギリ歩いていける距離です。部屋も清潔でバスタブもあり、特に困ることはありませんが、近くにスーパーがないので少し不便でしたが、スタッフもフレンドリーだったので、またここを使おうと思います。

便利で小奇麗
入り口は見つけにくいが、ロケーションも良いし、清潔で、スタッフも親切で基本的には良いホテルだと思います。ただ、バスルームにバスタブがなく、シャワーのスペースも小さいことが不満でした。また、テレビの調子がおかしく、一応、チェックするようお願いしましたが、最後まで直りませんでした。

素敵なホテル
清潔で使いやすく、駅とマッジョーレ広場の中間で立地もよく、空港バス乗り場にも近くて便利です。スタッフも感じがよく親切で、満足しています。ただ通りに近い部屋で、夜中まで外の若者の声がうるさく、もう少し防音が効いていればと残念でした。

スタッフは親切です！
3日間滞在したが、初日は部屋の四隅にほこりが舞っていたり、備え付けのポットもほこりがかぶっていて驚いた。しかし、翌日スタッフに話したら、驚いて謝ってくれて、その日はきれいに掃除されていてホッとしました。理由は、掃除してからしばらく使用していなかった部屋をそのままチェックインさせてしまったとのこと。スタッフはこちらの質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて親切です。部屋の一件はあったが、その後の対応を考えると、価格や立地の面からいっても良いホテルだと思います。ただし、部屋の感じはホームページの写真とは違うので、泊まる場合はあの写真は良く撮れていると思って行くのを進めます。

Staff were very professional and accommodating. We stayed in an apartment that is offsite. They will porter your luggage and hold luggage after checkout if you want to explore Bologna. It’s convenient to the local attractions and restaurants which makes it a very busy area. The rooftop terrace is lovely. My only complaint is the parking situation. We received messages from the hotel prior to our trip but none of them mentioned which garage we should park in. Luckily we chose the one that offers a discount for hotel guests. When mentioned to hotel staff, they politely told us that we’d booked through a service but if we’d gone to their website, it would’ve said where to park. Adding parking info to the messages the hotel sends through Expedia would go a long way in guest services.

Great room with amazing bathroom! Friendly staff! Proposed nice restaurants and gelato places! Great breakfast buffet! Amazing food and gelato in Bologna! Only downside, lack of sound proofing between the rooms.

Here's an improved version: This was an excellent place to stay. The people were great and very friendly. My husband had an accident in the hotel, and the staff were extremely supportive and helpful. I'm grateful for their assistance during that situation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Hotel Metropolitan. The location is great - easily walkable from the train station, close to the centre of Bologna, and off a quiet side street. Room was very clean and spacious - huge bed plus kids bunk beds, sofa, desk, table and chairs. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast - excellent service from the staff and loads of food options (especially little cakes and biscuits!). Only minor complaint is that we could have done with some crockery in the room - we only had two (very small) cups even though there were four of us, and no glasses at all - we had to go and ask downstairs at the bar if we could borrow some. Would recommend this as a great family hotel for a couple of nights stay in lovely Bologna.

Hotel great with some improvements to make better
The hotel was right in the centre off one of the medieval streets. I stayed at the weekend and the hotel was in the ideal location! The reception staff were very welcoming and directed me towards the best places to visit in Bologna. The hotel has excellent services with a bar on site and a rooftop. My only negative comments would be around the curtains; it would be great to have had blackout curtains as at night the room let in a lot of light. Additionally, due to the building and how it is built the room suffered from a lot of noise from above which did wake me up.

Very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of major attractions and highlights in Bologna. Large comfortable room, marvelous breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Could not have been a better experience. For us, a bit of a splurge, but definitely worth it
