最高のロケーション
マッジョーレ広場の目と鼻の先にあり、ロケーションとしては申し分ありませんでした。部屋は清潔、朝食は素晴らしく、またリピートしたいです。 Wi-Fiがインターネットに繋がらなかったことと、夜、お湯が出なかったことだけ、マイナスポイントでした。

Location is perfect. Center of the city and close to the ancient place. Breakfast is good enough for the business trip and the staff are all kind.

部屋からの眺めやインテリアなどについて、ここの写真で期待をしすぎないようにすれば、満点かも。
金庫や冷蔵庫などの設備も充実しているし、雰囲気も良くて、部屋には十分満足できました。朝食も十分美味しかったですし、人の対応も悪いところはありません。満点でなく少しだけ減点している理由は、サイト上にアップされている画像は部屋のインテリアや眺めが良いものばかり過ぎて、実際に通された部屋は若干地味め＆中庭側の部屋で眺めがほぼ無しだったため、期待値との落差分です。個人的には眺めにも少しこだわりがあって選んでいて、Hotels.comの申し込みの際にあるフリーのフォームに、なるべく眺めの良い部屋だと嬉しい、的なことを書いたのですが、ホテルでは特に気にしてもらえていなかったようです（笑）。チェックインして部屋に通された際に申し出たら、初日は無理だが二日目は（本当はもう少し部屋代の高い）より良い部屋が空くので費用そのままで変えてくれる、と提言をもらいました。部屋を移動する時間帯の制約にも問題がなかったので変えてもらうことにしました。結果は、眺めは期待通りの部屋でした。ただ初日の部屋にはバスタブがありましたが、二日目の部屋にはバスタブがなかったです。たぶんバスタブの有無は彼らにとっては大きなポイントではないのでしょう。私は今回たまたま初日にゆっくり浸かっていたし、夏で暑かったので二日目は浸かれなくても特に不満になりませんでしたが、冬だったら違ったかも知れません。それとチェックアウト時の伝票上では一泊目と二泊目の部屋代に差がありました。ただ二泊分の合計金額はHotels.comのサイト上で示されたものと合っているようでもあり、積算方法の違いだけかも知れず、支払い総額には間違いないかも知れません。いずれにしても私の場合はその場で確認をする対象がなく、言語力と時間もなかったのでそのままにしましたが、向こうもフロントの人が交代したりもするので、確認のためにHotels.comの予約画面の出力などをお持ちになっておくと良いかも知れません。

街の中心・歴史地区
中世の雰囲気を求め、歴史のあるホテルとして選びました。中央駅からは距離があるのでタクシーがいいかも。目の前まで行ってくれます。期待通り、夜は街燈のオレンジの光が古い建物を照らし、朝は行き交う人々のにぎわいを感じられました。大きな広場も近く、すぐポルティコのある商店街・食事処があり便利。冬の利用だったので、もしかしたら夏場は目の前の小さな広場は夜までにぎやかかもです。エアコンが壊れてなければ窓開けずにすむでしょう。フロント横からリフトまでに段差がありましたが、年配のポーターさんが頑張って運んでくれてチップ弾みました。”時計”という名を冠するだけあって、いたるところに趣のある時計がありました。1泊だけでボローニャを離れてしまいましたが、またこのホテルを使いたいし、同じアートホテルグループのホテルも素敵そうです。また利用したいです。お勧めです

Highly recommended
We only stayed one night at the last minute, but everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A bonus was a kettle - not always provided in Italian hotels - which was very useful for making bottles for our 5 month old daughter. The service was excellent - we had one slight problem that was solved immediately, and the staff were very friendly. They let us check in early just so we could change the baby, and also let us check-out late. Breakfast was a good selection, and again had great service. The location is ideal - less than 30 seconds walk from the main square, but still quiet at night Definitely recommended.

Fantastic stay, we upgraded to the suite as it was our first stop arriving from the US. The front desk staff were amazing and gave us great dinner recommendations, the suites are perfect if u want a bit of space, bathroom was all red granite which was fantastic and unique. The water way hot (yay) and there were a couple of snacks set out for our arrival. It’s a fantastic location just off of the main square in the old part of the city. We will be back!

Great location
Great location. Our Gallery room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We thought from the website that there was a rooftop deck at this hotel, which is one of the reasons we booked it. However it turns out it was at a nearby sister hotel, and closed in any event.

We drove from Montespertoli to Bologna. The hotel reception person (Erica) went above and beyond to help us with navigating with the car and parking as there are many restrictions for driving in Bologna. She was excellent! Grazie Mille, Erica!

Classy property that is well maintained and styled in classic Italian furnishings but with modern features. Very friendly and helpful staff. However it’s very important to understand that if arrive by car that needs parking this must be arranged prior to your visit as the parking stated as available is limited, and once filled public parking is required. The hotel stamped a ticket that cost and allowed use of public parking which was hard to find and not near hotel. Also, some parts of city do not allow closed non-resident vehicles.

The location of this hotel is right on the Piazza Maggiore, and in walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, quality retails shops, and all sorts of sites. The breakfast buffet every morning is a wonderful way to start the day.
