Check in and general admin was excellent. Airport shuttle first class. Granny, our waitress in the restaurant, was a great introduction to Johannesburg hospitality. If we hadn’t already booked to return in a few weeks, we’d come back just for her excellent service!

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. I would recommend that they add a sachet of milk with the complementary coffee. Otherwise my stay was pleasant.

The breakfast menu options was good. The Spa experience was wonderful. The roof top dining experience at alto234 was great with the view within the clouds on the 57th floor.
