"When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund."

"Was nice staying here! Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Mr Tony, the front desk manager was awesome! He was quick to provide items requested for and helped resolved an issue I had. Thank you!"
