Welcome to Spacious Family Escape! Ideal for up to 10 guests, our Boise home offers a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area, a home gym, and a beautiful backyard for relaxation. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you’re here to explore Treasure Valley or simply unwind, our home is your perfect getaway for comfort and convenience!
Please understand, this is our home, and we live here for a portion of the year. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we ask that you respect the house and its guidelines.
• Maximum Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 10 guests to stay at the house. We have provided beds, pillows, towels, plates, and flatware for 10 people. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.
• No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy. Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests or result in excessive noise are not allowed. We want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for both you and our neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas, to respect the neighborhood.
• HVAC System:
o The heating and cooling system is preset for optimal comfort.
During the day: 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, temperatures range is set
to 72°F and 78°F.
Overnight: 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM, temperatures range is set to
68°F to 78°F.
o If you tend to feel hot or cold and need adjustments, please reach
out to us and we’ll be happy to update the
temperature settings remotely for you.
• Cooking & Cleanup:
o You are welcome to use the kitchen and provided appliances for
cooking. We ask that you clean up after each meal, including
washing dishes, wiping down counters, and properly storing
leftovers. We have provided dishtowels, sponges and cleaning
products.
o Please avoid disposing of grease down the sink; use the provided
container for disposal.
• Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in bins located outside the garage side door.
• Neighbor will take out trash cans every Monday Night, and bring back in on Tuesday. They will access the garage (they have the code) and not interrupt you.
• PETS: Sorry, but this house has been Pet free therefore we do not allow Pets.
