The house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large backyard, offering you and your fellow travelers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this is the perfect home away from home!

The house has three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, fireplace, private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and separate working space. Inside the master you'll have a wall of windows overlooking a patio. They are covered with fresh, bright shutter doors which can be open to let the light in or closed for as much privacy as your prefer. There are dual reading lamps on each side of the bed. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, dual modern sinks, and all the linens and amenities you need for your stay.

The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms come with fresh linens, soft pillows, and ample storage space for your belongings. Both bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures, refreshing showers, and provided with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers.

The living room is a great gathering space, furnished with cozy seating and oversized pillows, it's the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of adventures in the city. Enjoy your favorite shows or a movie night on the beautifully painted framed art piece that doubles as a flat-screen Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure you embark on during your stay. It features modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils. There is a Keurig coffee maker and coffee station. The kitchen and dining area can comfortably sit up to eight guests, with 4 black velvet cushioned chairs at the kitchen table and four leather stools at the kitchen island.

There is a laundry room with a new washer/dryer in laundry room with shelving and hangers.

Step outside the kitchen to discover our expansive backyard, a true oasis for both kids and adults. Relax on the patio furniture, seating for 6, while sipping your morning coffee or fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue. There is a small grassy area great for activities, a treehouse, and an outdoor game sand pit. The yard provides ample space for outdoor games and activities, making it a perfect playground for kids or a serene spot to enjoy the Idaho sunshine.

There is one parking spot in the carport and room for 2 more cars in the driveway.

The neighborhood is one of the best if you're looking to have a great time in the Boise outdoors. Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating available in the summer, is just about a mile away- a 5 minute drive. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area! Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling within walking distance. There are numerous hiking trails nearby as well. Helen B. Lowder Park, Miriam Williams Park, and only a few blocks away is Ivywild Park and a wonderful Boise Public Pool. This pool has a kiddie pool with a giant splash mushroom, and an adult pool with diving boards and slides. The park has free public basketball, pickleball, volleyball and tennis courts. There are also several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.

A few miles away is Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays.

Looking to go farther out in the Treasure Valley? Downtown Boise is 10-15 minutes drive away, as is Boise State University.

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house
