Summary:
Beautiful and Cozy Meridian Idaho home in the desirable Bridge Tower neighborhood. This home has 5 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2.5 bathrooms! A Master suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and 7 other queens including a queen over queen bunk!

relax on your travels with our fresh linens, beautiful decor, and lightly stocked kitchen. As Well as the neighborhood pool that is open from Memorial day to Labor day.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

Needs improved cleanliness

Quiet neighborhood, great family friendly layout, plenty of beds and nice setup with FireTVs in the rooms. Improvements needed: Pet hair existed on carpet and we kept picking it up with our socks. Also pet hair on the sofa and backdoor entryway mat. Quite a bit of dog poop in back yard which made it difficult to play football with my son. We had to go to community area instead. Worlds smallest charcoal grill in back patio. Had to borrow one from local friend. And only enough towels for 7 people so we had to go buy some. All three toilet seats were loose so I had to tighten them all down. At this price range, I would have expected some improved standards.

Cozy getaway

We stayed here for just a short couple days for a last-minute funeral. It was cozy and accommodated our family very well. They were a couple small problems, but the property was responsive and I really liked the phone app to help get in the home and for the Wi-Fi. we even left a small item and they were able to let us in a couple days later. We were very happy with the stay, and would totally stay here again.

Nice for a family stay in a quiet neighborhood

Bedroom accommodations were perfect for a large group. Could have used one more full bathroom. Kitchen was adequate but lacked enough plates, bowls, large bowls. There were no dish towels. Just little nit picky things but overall the house worked for our four night stay. Also, the garage smelled like cigarettes and the backyard had two large barrels filled with trash and green stagnant water that maintenance never picked up.

Nice home

We had a couple of glitches that wasted a couple of hours that couldn’t be fixed because the maintenance employee doesn’t work weekends but otherwise great. There was plenty of beds for our large group. Thank you!

Great stay for our extended family during Thanksgiving

Great place to stay with our family over Thanksgiving holiday. Our family of 11 was very comfortable. House as advertised. We had trouble with the oven while cooking Thanksgiving meal but since the house was very well maintained I'm sure the owner will take care of the issue very soon. Would choose it again.
