"Beautiful place however the staff in the bar could use some lessons in regards to the service. I came down to ask about food for dinner and was told there was no food. It was only once I spoke to the front desk staff that I was able to get seated and then a couple who arrived 10 minutes after me were seated and their order taken before I was even asked to order. "Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"
