「The room was unkempt. The bedding had spots of discoloration. The wall outlet was covered with dirt and grim. The wash basin had a gross amount of dirt running down from the rim. The towels were stained as like they had shoe polish on them. We arrived late & were exhausted. We slept fully clothed, including our shoes. It took a while to adjust, but I was too tired to argue. The next morning, I took the dirty towels to a worker, who was cleaning on the 2nd floor near my room, & asked for clean...

「No desk in the room, did not provide the wi-fi code at check in and required a second desk visit to get one. Doors repeatably slamming by person cleaning the rooms down the hall. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Asked for coffee at front desk and told they were removed from their lobby. (told to walk to another building to possibly get some). Just do not have their act together.」

「Bed was clean and neet bathroom sink clean bathroom clean except the walls . Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !」
