Passable for overnight at Best

I had scheduled a shuttle pick up since I had a late arrival and only needed to sleep then fly out the next morning. Upon my arrival the shuttle did not show, leaving me a little discombobulated. Also, they don't speak any English.

Cost efficient to location

Traveler needs to speak some Spanish to facilitate things, some English is spoken. Ideal for saving cost and being more north than Centro area of Bogota. Close to Cc Titan (5 blocks) and right close to Cra. Boyoca & Calle 80. Area is not touristic just cheap comfortable hotel. Lots of buses and taxis to take you wherever you need to go. Hotel has a mini elevator. The Spa part is unbeknownst to me, never saw anything indicating a Spa. Small room with bed and bathroom. Hotel is small so you have to be alert or you might go right by it. I used an Uber Taxi and he GPS it right to the front door. NOT for families. Couples or singles. They hold your luggage until you check in so you can go to eat or shop close by.

Checkin: A ellos les aparecía como solicitado por Expedia, pero fue solicitado por hoteles.com No fue mayor el inconveniente. Si es Colombian@ le cobran el IVA de 16%, si es extranjero no se lo deben cobrar. Habitación: un poco pequeña, aunque no debe ser inconveniente si solo la usa para descansar en la noche. Baño: Limpio, cuenta con agua caliente. Un poco incómoda la parte del lavamanos por ser un poco reducido. Incluye toallas. Cama: cómoda, incluyen una cobija extra. Desayuno: poco variado pero suficiente para comenzar el día. Wifi: funciona correctamente y tiene buena velocidad. En la zona en donde de sirven el desayuno (6 piso) no funciona bien, al parecer hay otra red. Zona: vía principal, pasan muchos camiones y automóviles. De noche es un poco oscuro. Siempre hay personal en la recepción. En pisos altos se puede sentir la vibración del edificio al pasar los camiones.

the reservation via expedia no function, the check-in desk no have reservation information! but the personal is very kindly and realices the check-in for the same price! when you arrive at night the situation can be very precarious!

El servicio al cliente en la recepción muy bueno, pero en camareria no colocaron toallas en la habitación. El servicio de restaurante empieza desde las 7 am. Por lo tanto no pude tomar el desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio por que debí salir desde las 6:30 am para llegar a mi trabajo. Deben ajustar los horarios de desayuno mas temprano. Observe que a varios huéspedes les paso lo mismo.

Esta bien pero puede mejorar.
