What a hotel. Absolutely amazing service, felt very much looked after. From checking in was a simple and quick service. To freshly cooked breakfast every morning and a good selection of cold buffet food. My room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all.

Well appointed and equipped hotel in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to walk to shops and cafes while far enough from all the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Muy buen servicio, ubicacion y precio. Desayuno incluido variado, solo tuvimos un problemita con el baño que fue arreglado inmediatamente despues de la solicitud. Hotel muy recomendado.

Hotel is in a sublime location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great service. Only improvement needed is more USB /charging ports near the night table. We also hired a great (English speaking) driver who works for the hotel as our tour guide when we went on excursions. Ask the hotel for William Jimenez Vargas for your transfers from and to the airport and also to day excursions. Will stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The most friendly staff, great food, and outstanding service. The room was very nice. The neighborhood was very upscale and safe. This really made my time in Bogota very enjoyable!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Excellent hotel. Clean and safe and so its the area. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. One can take P500 from the airport and its less than 5 min walk from the stop.

Great hotel and great value.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bogota and will stay her again myself the next time that I return. The rooms are large and comfortable; the beds are comfortable; the rooftop view is amazing; the breakfast is so, so good; the location can not be beat; but most of all, it is the wonderful people who work here that made our stay so pleasant. It is right in the heart of a very vibrant area, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs…but I always carry them and I slept so soundly. I only wish I had had more time here. I will definitely be back.

AC not working during our 3 night's stay and no notice was given. Not a glass of water offered for the inconvenience. Obligated to open windows in a noisy neiborhood (bars and clubs. Poor sleep because of that. Breakfast is good. Area is elegant and nice. Location is very convenient.

Our experience has been excellent. From the location, 1 block from Andino Mall and near Zona T, the aesthetics and comfort of the room and facilities and the attention of the staff, from the one who receives you to the one who fixes your room and attends you in the mornings at breakfast. The food we eat was delicious and of high quality. For us a 5 star.

The buffet is just amazing. The rooms are very luxurious and well equiped. It´s just smart to stay in this area and use taxi or car to visit the city downtown, basically for the security and the amenities on the nearby streets. The staff is very kind.

A estadia foi bastante confortável e gostamos bastante do local. O hotel está localizado a uma distância tranquila da Zona T, o que foi bacana, pois, trata-se de uma zona muito boêmia e um pouca barulhenta. Então, era possível ir a pé, jantar, aproveitar e depois voltar ao hotel com tranquilidade. Amamos estar nesse local. Eles possuem uma frota de táxis na porta e, você pode fazer passeios com os taxistas e debitar o valor da sua conta / quarto. Amamos fazer passeios com o Marco (motorista que fica na porta do hotel). Excelente estadia. Certamente recomendamos!

Best and safest area in Bogota. Everything is walkable and the dinner choices are ample. Feels like Downtown manhattan, just cleaner and better climate. Cabrera, Zona T and Zona Rosa all combined beats any metropolitan city, but way cheaper…

Quiet and boutique-like stay in Bogota.
The hotel is very well located and just steps from a very lively Andino area. The hotel lobby and room were very well kept, and it is a very quiet place to sleep. My only issues were somewhat service related, as we couldn't seem to get enough towels and the response by staff was lackadaisical. The top floor sauna area is really not in operation, and seems to be on an as-needed basis...but feels unused. Breakfast was very well prepared and their options were wonderful. I would stay again.

Gr8 boutique hotel , literally a stone’s throw from ANDINO MALL. Amazing restaurants all within walking distance, convenient ATMs from several banks, fast elevators to rooms, and comfy house slippers to walk around in room, big fridge, microwave, and 5G speed internet!!! We had a router in the room!

This was a great find for a one day stop in Bogota, close to amazing restaurants and nightlife. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and aesthetically enjoyable to spend time in. I would definitely stay here again.
