Close to airport - we stayed during an 11h overnight layover between flights. Room walls were thin but otherwise comfortable and clean bed/room. The included breakfast buffet looked good but we had to get to airport so didn’t get to try it out.

Totally recommend. Excellent price. Great breakfast. Wonderful service. Comfortable beds, ac working well and shuttle buses on time. Also very beautiful lobby.

El hotel es muy conveniente si buscas estar cerca del aeropuerto, el servicio del shutter es conveniente, salen del hotel cada hora, el desayuno es muy bueno, y el personal es amable.

Great stay if you want to be really close to the airport. Otherwise, it is a bit of a drive to get to “main attractions” in Bogota. Breakfast was delicious and everyday there was a variety of breakfast items.

Very clean and well appointed. Nice to have an extra sync in kitchen and microwave was convenient to reheat leftovers from restaurant. Shower was incredible!!! After a week in Colombia in different hotels this was by far the best. Bed was very comfortable. I read other reviews that said this hotel was loud and you can hear the plains taking off and landing. They must have had a broken or open window because I didn't hear anything. The food I ordered at the restaurant was very good, my wife's was OK according to her.

The hotel was gorgeous and very clean! The staff were amazing and so friendly, they played the biggest part in making my stay wonderful. The only downfall was there were no vegan food options or milk alternatives, and very limited vegetarian food options.

Only stayed there for a couple layover ours. Property was good, clean and comfy. One of the reception guys looked annoyed on our check in/out. But that was the only concerning thing. It’s nice they have the shuttle to airport since riding service apps often cancel your trip if there’s traffic im the airport.

Very convenient location for an overnight layover. Check-in was polite & efficient. Shuttle bus from the airport was waiting on our arrival.

I called the hotel to let them know that my mother and my aunt were the ones who would be using the reservation and they assured me that they would be fine. When they arrived at the reception, they did not find their names or the reservation, they made them pay extra when it was a prepaid reservation. The food was terrible and the customer service was nowhere to be found. The people of Colombia are known to be very friendly, but they showed the opposite. How sad that a hotel from such a high hotel chain causes so much disappointment. Don't come, don't waste your money.

Suite needs better upkeep dusty and many lights around the room do not work, bulbs out, the pillows smelled a bit of mildew as it seems no air circulation or infrequent use of room. The sandwhich for to go breakfast was shameful. Convenient as close to aiport
