「Our family generally enjoyed Marble Bridge Farm especially the pool and hot tub. First impression not great as porch and key pad cobwebby. Other areas outside, like lights, similar. Kitchen well equipped but lacking a large non stick frying pan in good condition. We were surprised that for an up market property there were no table napkins. We couldn’t switch on the large television in the annex. On investigation we found the remote had one battery missing. We never found out how to turn...

「Jay was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We had a little issue that he immediately resolved」

「To improve facilities a freezer would have been useful and a hairdryer. There were only 2 of us, with 6 probably a squeeze.」

「Lovely confortable accommodation, within easy walking distance to the beach and local pub in West Wittering.」

「Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.」

Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...
