The staff were very friendly. All wore hair nets. Rooms clean. Good selection of food. Internet is terrible, check in was very poor. Fortunately chatgpt told us all we need to know about the different restaurants we could go to or we wouldnt have known any of that. Kids club was very good

All properties are well kept. The apartment was spotless. The resort amenities are nice. Courteous staff. Playa Blanca is the highlight, can miss the beautiful site.

Great stay and amenities; the home has lot of space with a great pool and tremendous kitchen. The black sand was very soft with great views and sunsets. Alex the host is an excellent chef and bent over backwards to be very accommodating to any and all of our requests

Don't ever go there! Nightmare!!!

We stayed at this hotel en route to Monteverde. Although resorts are not really our cup of tea, we liked this hotel. It's older, but well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel felt completely safe, but not the surrounding area.
