"We arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm for checkin and there were about 5 families ahead of us who were also waiting to check in. The family that was first in line had already been waiting for 3 hours to check in. Needless to say, we left and found somewhere else to stay."

"The breakfast and staff were the best thing about the property. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no explanation whatsoever. We found no fire or reason to evacuate so we though it was a one off. It wasn't and we were awakened again at 7am to the alarm and no fire. The condensation under the fridge had completely rotted the credenza beneath it and the whole room smelled wet when the compressor was running. The breakfast was good enough and the staff was very friendly, welcoming."

"I stayed on the weekend Friday and Saturday night. I asked him to clean my room on Saturday and they said they don’t usually clean on the weekends because they’re so busy. I also didn’t have a blanket requested one and it never came. Only sheets in the bathtub was filthy. "

The listing is very accurate, and the house was super clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Texas State University. It was spacious and perfect for families with a pet. 10/10 would stay here again! The owners were very easy to communicate with, which we appreciated greatly. The fridge even had waters, sodas and a bottle of wine inside. Very, very impressed with this stay! "

"This vrbo was the perfect spot for a group of friends to stay together while in town for a wedding. Everyone got their own room — nobody slept on a pull out couch! — and there were enough bathrooms to go around. We had space to eat breakfast together and hang out between wedding events. The house was clean and well supplied. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. "
