I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations. Can you let me know what the issues were?

You booked a queen room on the side which you did not want. You wanted a king room on the front which we did not have. I moved others around to give you a king room on the side. I offered a full refund but you declined. I even gave you breakfast which you had not paid for. You inadvertently put the "do not disturb" side instead of the make room side on the door. You did not request room service at all.I am glad you enjoyed the restaurant and staff.

I agree that there is always a need for improvement. If you have specific suggestions, I would be delighted to hear them. Since we are small, we cannot afford nightly entertainment. Most of our guests love watching the stars, listening to the waves and reconnecting with loved ones. If you did not get what you were hoping for, I am very sorry. Linda

Thanks so much for the kind words. The noise in the cottage is a problem for some but the proximity of the ocean offsets it for many.

I do apologize for the problems. Unfortunately, we are in a third world country and basic amenities like TV and internet can be a challenge. After a month, we finally resolved the internet problems. As to the TV, we are just going to offer Netflix in the rooms. Because there is a tv remote and a cable remote and often the cable is down, the situation is just untenable. The beauty of the sea is compensation. We are glad we were able to meet some of your needs. We hope to see you again soon. Thanks Linda

Thanks for your kind comments. I must agree, I too think the restaurant is great! We do have a small beach to the side of the property. That is where we use the kayaks, paddle boards etc. There are two other beaches in close proximity. Hope to see you again soon.
