📍 Parking: -Parking is in the gravel space located right before to the right of the *Restore* cabin. Try to pull out of the roadway as much as possible due to the traffic of the other cabin. Please do not park in any other spaces away from the cabin as this is our neighbor`s property. Also, because there is another tiny cabin near yours, please do not park directly in the roundabout as this will block the road.
Age to book: -Must be 25 to book
Parties: -No events or parties are permitted. Not respecting this rule is subject to your reservation being cancelled and not refunded + an additional cleaning charge of $250 charged if a party is held in the cabin.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours starting at 10:30pm to 8:00am out of respect for neighbors. Sound can travel far here in the mountains.
Security Cameras: The cabin has an exterior security camera to monitor any exterior activity of the cabin. There are no cameras on the back porch or inside the cabin for guest privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet, and this is just for insurance purposes. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera in anyway will result in a mandatory fee and the owner having the option to cancel the guest`s reservation.
Pets: -Only 1 dog allowed and must be >40lbs -We do allow pets here at this cabin. We charge an additional cleaning fee for furry friends and ask that you pick up after them outdoors. Please also keep them from damaging the property and furniture inside the cabin - a nonrefundable fee will be in the case that any damage is found.
Fire-pit & Space Heaters: -The outdoor fire-pit located behind the neighboring cabin is for that cabin only. for your convenience, we`ve provided a fire-pit on your back deck for your enjoyment and privacy. Once you are done, we ask that you please make sure that all fires are put out before going to bed or leaving the property. -Please turn off all space heaters when checking out.
Freezing Temperatures: -When freezing temperatures are expected during your stay, please leave the sinks dripping slowly overnight and after checking out to avoid the pipes freezing. It can definitely get cold up here in the winter months in the mountains!
Children: Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times if staying at the cabin.
Smoking: No smoking inside or outside of the cabin at all times - this include cigarettes and weed. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if guests are suspected of smoking on the
Do not throw cigarette butts around the property. Clean up after yourself please.
Guests: Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed in the cabin.
Plumbing: We are on septic, so please only flush toilet paper down the toilet (absolutely nothing else). (The trash can can be used for feminine products)
Grill: If using the grill on the patio, please dump coals into the metal bin once they have cooled and lightly clean out the grill after use.
