Great property, but have a few suggestions:-the A/C at the property is clearly undersized. It was not really a hot day, yet the upstairs was very warm. They may want to consider updating/upgrading their system. A ductless split system may be an option.-we are huge college football fans and the entertainment set up is an easy & much needed fix. The TV is outdated and there was a three-person sectional for a cabin that has four bedrooms. We literally had to pull chairs in from the deck to accommodate watching the games. Not ideal with all the rental options available.Highly, highly impressed with the property management company. The cabin was also well provisioned and very clean upon arrival. We will be back to the Blue Ridge area!

Perfect layout for a large family gathering. Kitchen very convenient and well stocked for preparing and serving the group.Bedrooms & outdoor areas are nice size and nicely appointed for a very comfortable stay.

Nice Mountain Getaway

The Cloud Top Cabin was a great getaway to the mountains. We had six adults, two kids, and two dogs - there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of porch options to sit and read, relax, or just look at the mountains. The house was clean and on point with the VRBO listing.

Excellent cabin

While we loved the property itself, it was a bit off-putting that we had to supply our own TP, paper towels and cleaning supplies after the initial amount stocked. And no coffee filters, sweeteners etc provided just felt petty.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The long range views kept us out on the porches to enjoy the great weather. Everyone had their out room and bath. Couldn't ask for a better Girls Weekend.

Terrific Cabin!

My friends and I very much enjoyed staying at your cabin! It is spacious and the view is beautiful. Location to town is good. Impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub although we were not sure how to keep the top to stay up when we were using it. I believe that is due to our inexperience with hot tubs! Kitchen adequately stocked with dishes and utensils. Only suggestion I have is to have higher wattage in the lighting. A little dark in the kitchen and bedrooms at night. We definitely will come again. Thanks for sharing your cabin!

Decent place

Our group of friends rent a cabin each year and this place was a nice, clean location. Overall, we enjoyed it, but there were a few things that could make this place much better.1) More living room furniture. The couches were small and we all could not sit comfortably. They have 4 bedrooms that sleeps 8 people, but the couches only hold 5 at best.2) No TV in main living area and the TV downstairs was small and low quality. Picture was not good and complicated to use. There is also not a fireplace in main living area which was disappointing.3) Lighting in living room was not great. Dark. Kitchen area was nice, but no lights under cabinets. The lighting was a mix of BRIGHT lights and WARM lights. We all dislike the bright, white lights. It makes it feel like a hospital. Warm lights make places like this (cabin) feel inviting. 4) Sinks in some of the bathrooms were VERY hard to use. The bowls were small in some and you have to stand on your tip-toes to reach the sink. Water goes everywhere everytime we used them. Wasn't practical at all.We did like the openess of the main area, though. The bedrooms were good sizes. Hot tub was nice, too.

Relaxing Escape to Blue Ridge!

We enjoyed a fabulous and relaxing stay in this luxury cabin! So spacious and immaculate, with incredible views and scenery! Also super close to downtown spots so we were able to easily go back and forth to get some rest time. Would love to return someday, thank you!

Great experience!

We absolutely loved this space. We travel to Blue Ridge yearly and love the experience. This particular House offered for full-size master suites all with en suite bathrooms. It was the perfect set up for a family with adult children. And the house was very clean and very well maintained. Overall great experience.

Expected more but were satisfied

Cabin was very clean and spacious! However, it lacked on supplies and management response to providing amenities indicated on the website after our arrival. Up to date and quality linens could be improved. A bit dingy on some beds. No staples in the kitchen at all, including salt/pepper, coffee pot filters and more. Bring everything you might need to prepare a meal including storage bags and paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, oil and condiments. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit was not there upon arrival and after requesting it per the cabin description, it was never delivered during our 4 day stay. Hot tub was cold and took 36hrs to heat up when we arrived. Management company knew we were arriving so we felt unprepared for. Some bed comforters and sofa pillows were dingy and had age on them. The view out the windows was nice and some clean up instructions upon departure were required but easily accomplished. The place was convenient to Blue Ridge and surrounding activities. Compared to other VRBO's we have rented in the same price range in other mountain resorts. it lacked the courtesy amenities we expected. We felt the basic supplies (dish detergent, p-towels, dish towels) were inadequate or not existent. If the management steps up their game, it would be a fine place to stay!

Mountain trip

Very comfortable and well furnished house. Only five minutes to downtown Blue Ridge with great shopping and restaurants. Beautiful mountain view from the porch!

Wonderful location, great house

The property is exactly as promised. With 7 adults and 1 infant, we had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing. We all cooked together The views were awesome. We had one issue with the refrigerator, and one call to the property manager and they delivered a new refrigerator within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
