"Elevator was down the entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk at check in was immature and needed better customer service skills. Manager was kind and apologetic about our experience. Overall not bad just needs some improvement. We travel a lot with our kids activities and we would not stay here again. "

"My only complaint would be the super thin walls/ceilings. I was on the 2nd floor and kids were running around on the 3rd floor for 2-3 hours that night. I stuck it out and didn't make a complaint to the front desk because I know they were kids BUT I feel the front desk should do better when assigning rooms"

"Donna was so helpful and quickly responded to all my questions. The house was beautiful and very welcoming. The location was perfect for our needs and also had an extra bonus being right next to a nature trail that my grand daughter loved riding her bike on with her parents. House was pristine and well stocked. We definatly will come back here again One of the best vrbos we have been to. "
