「Lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Addo. Rooms are huge and the bathroom is lovely, especially the outdoor shower. Only downside is there is no door so the light comes in as soon as the sun rises. 10-15 min drive to Addo, not much in the local area. Breakfast was good, buffet selection and eggs cooked to order. Nice pool with towels and sunscreen provided which was a nice touch.」

Für die Anfahrt über die letzten 14 km unbefestigte Straße sind sicher 30 min Autofahrt einzuplanen. Diese Straße muss man auch zurück, wenn der Nationalpark besucht wird.」

Top all of that off with an elephant encounter and you have memories that will last a lifetime! The ladies there arranged a half-day guided safari for us at nearby Addo Game Reserve - thoroughly recommend that too.」

「Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...
