Cleanliness was horrible
First off the property was extremely hard to get up to with two huge switch backs which we had to put our car in 4 wheel drive. When we got into the cabin the lighting was horrible, some lights didn’t even have light bulbs. We found a persons sock in the main bed which totally freaked us out. Wendy had said there was plenty of towels available but could never find them until I did the laundry and found the extra towels in the dryer. The foose ball table downstairs was broken and the pool table pockets kept falling out and the balls would fall on the floor. Last but not least probably the worst of it all was the DUST! There was caked up dust everywhere on the fans, furniture, fire place, lights, you name it. The floor was horribly dirty my son was in a walker and his pjs feet were black from being on the floor. The dust was so bad that we had to end our trip a day earlier. My infant son is allergic to dust mites and my allergies were killing me we just had to get out of there ASAP! Definitely not worth the price we paid. I messaged the owner trying to get refunded for our last nights stay but have heard nothing from her. I decided to let her know the status of her house and make it right before I wrote the review but no answer from her!
