「Rick was very responsive and was able to accommodate us since our dates changed. The house was great and very clean. When I come back, I will be staying with Rick once again.[😎 Awesome, Abel! So glad it all worked out when your dates shifted — happy to make that easy! And great and very clean is exactly what we aim for. It means a lot that you'll stay with us again when you're back in town — I'll have it ready for you! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for the...

「This is a great place for a solo traveler or a couple! If you are in town for summer camps at IU, a game, or orientation I'd stay here. Easy access to campus and the local areas.」

「Lovely property, easy walk to everything,」

「Unique, IU themed, decorated rental. Great location near Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall. Easy check-in and host communication.」

「Good property to stay with plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again」

「We stayed here for IU parents weekend. It was clean, cozy and a short drive to campus. Loved being near Hopscotch coffee and the. B-line trail. We had a small hiccup with check-in and Cynthia as very responsive and resolved it quickly. Overall a great stay.」

「Great location for a guys golf trip at IU - we ended up renting 2 units in the property and there was plenty of space for the group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus.」
