"Really like this hotel and its location being central to everything, downtown Cincinnati, Kings Island, shopping and access to the highway. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, but like most major hotels, they skimp on the quality of pillows. No support even after stacking several together. This was a minor issue and didn’t take anything away from the experience staying with these folks."

"My room was clean, as was the lobby and public areas. I love the scent of the lemon sugar soap that is in the bathroom. Breakfast had good options and the attendant was nice. I do feel like the lobby of Tru hotels is fancy, while the rooms are minimalistic, but it all feels clean. I felt like the bed I had had a bit of a bowl in the spot where people lie night after night, but I suppose that can be expected. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will most likely use this hotel again when I'm in the area."

"This place is so much more than a motel. It’s like a premier hotel and a friendly family bed & breakfast had a baby. Breakfast in the old farmhouse with eggs cooked in the kitchen right by the white-tablecloth dining room feels very cozy. Staff are so pleasant and it’s clearly a family affair. At the same time the rooms are pristine with comfortable plush bedding, Keurig, and mini-fridge. I plan to go again soon."
