Main floor living with the exception of the loft. 1 step to get into the house. To the left are the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to the right the living room, kitchen, dining room, and sun room.

This property and community has a lot to offer. Within walking distance from the house is a fishing lake Kathryn and tennis courts. 3 minute drive to a swimming lake Guinevere with a beach. A few minutes from Pocono raceway, Big boulder and Jack Frost ski area and split rock lodge that has restaurants and entertainment. 20-25 minutes to Camelback, Kalahari and Mount Airy casino. 30 minute drive to Historic downtown Jim Thorpe.
