We couldn’t have asked for a more “winter wonderland” weekend! It snowed the entire weekend we were there and this was a great house to get snowed in with kids! Between the game room, hot tub and cozy fire place we enjoyed it all. Not to mention the driveway was plowed for us both days of the weekend. House was very clean as well, would definitely recommend!

Winter Weekend Getaway

My friends and I stayed at the house for a winter weekend getaway and it was amazing! The house was clean and had all the necessities. The hot tub and game room were wonderful! The check in and out process were very easy. It snowed during our stay and a neighbor plowed the driveway and shoveled the walkway! We had an amazing time!

Poconos Getaway

This is our secong Thanksgiving staying at this property and we had an amazing time!!! My family enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was a nice added bonus this year. Thank you so much! We enjoyed it!!

I wish I’d have known…

While the location is perfect and the home well-dressed, we did not know the game room is in an unheated garage, 6 (unevenly spaced) steps down from the living room. This made the game room a “paid for” amenity that was not usable because it’s freezing out there. The washer/dryer is there too. Next, the back deck offers no access to the ground at all - no gate or steps to walk pets out back away from the main road. There is also no place to hang wet snow clothes after spending awesome days snowboarding. It’s a nice enough home with some cool decor accents, but it’s not for us especially for a winter stay.

Great, Cozy Place

This property had all the amenities needed for a Thanksgiving weekend and dinner away. On the smaller side, but plenty of room and amenities for a relaxing family getaway. Owner was very responsive. The game room in garage was a hit with the kids (and Dad). Neighborhood is nice and right-sized for a family and dog walk for fresh air and scenery, with a lake and small beach to boot.

Best rental so far!

My family used to live in the poconos a few minutes from this house. Coming here to this home, was like coming home. The house had everything needed to enjoy without any extra stress of running around. It really was perfect. The game room is a real lot of fun for any age. Everything was beautiful. I definitely would recommend staying here.l, I definitely will again.

Good location.

Nice property. Centrally located in the Poconos near Jack Frost and BIg Boulder Mountains. House was clean. Plenty of blankets. Only complaint was that the house was on the chilly side when arriving (thermostats at 63 degrees) and with just baseboard heating and high ceiling in the living room, it took a long time warm up. Bedrooms warmed up faster as they were smaller with normal ceiling height and you could close the doors. However, there were plenty of blankets to keep cozy. Overall, a very nice stay.

Excellent Experience

We booked to spend a long weekend away and could not ask for a better location. Not only were there amenities within the community but Lake Harmony is right up the road for renting paddle boards or boats. The house had so many little touches that we truly appreciated. I was a bit worried that the single AC window unit might not be enough but the house stayed pleasantly cool even during the afternoon when temperatures got into the 80s. The host is super responsive should you need anything!

Great house, great location

We rented this property for the Nascar weekend at Poconos Raceway. The location was perfect and very close to the raceway. The house was clean and offered lots of amenities. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, ping pong table and shuffleboard, linens and everything for an enjoyable weekend. The only thing that I will mention as a negative was the air conditioning. The property is listed as having air conditioning which is one window unit for the entire house. Each room has a ceiling fan, but with temperatures reaching over 90 degrees, the one unit was insufficient to keep the house comfortable. Otherwise, the house was great and would rent again in cooler weather.
