「Äußerst ansprechendes, historisches Gebäude, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen. Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein kleiner Garten, man darf aber den sehr weitläufigen Garten der Gastgeber nutzen. Das Haus liegt idyllisch und abgeschieden, dennoch erreicht man in kurzer Zeit (1/2h bis 1h) Orte wie Stirling, Dunkeld, St. Andrews oder Edinburgh. Auch Geschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. 」

"老舗のホテルで街の旦那衆が利用してるそうな。歴史を保持してメンテナンスしとるね。エレベータ有るので選んだが、すれ違ったチェックアウト客いわく『リフトはずーっと故障が続いてる』。小生モ3日間いたが修理の気配無し！！　それなりに歴史感あるが22時くらいから明朝6時まで暖房と給湯が停止するのでご注意ください。なお部屋によっては階上の物音が筒抜けです。スタッフは純朴で親切丁寧。"
