Early unwanted wake up call for guests
"Was a good clean hotel, but the fire alarm went off at 6:10am and had to leave the building. Once cleared allowed back in but didn’t plan on the wake up call that early. Asked about a discount for the inconvenience and was told no, can’t do that??"
