"Nigel was very communicative and we had no issue with check in or check out. The flat was comfortable and perfect for a one night stay. I would advise those that are a little less abled that there are quite steep stairs in the flat, however you wouldn't necessarily stay in Haworth anyway if you weren't able to do inclines! 😄 Would recommend! "Great location for Piccadilly station, quick check in, lovely room, bid £5.00 for an upgrade and was successful which gave us a larger room and a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. Lovely large shower and separate bath, toiletries nice. Air con worked great. A very comfortable stay, we would definitely return. Great value too. Ferrero Rocher a nice and welcome touch"
