「Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. 「Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

「I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA! The hotel obviously has all the charm of such an old place and would be awesome for a romantic getaway (although I was traveling alone on this trip!). There is lots of parking, which is free.
