「Bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable! Staff made sure my request of extra pillows and blanket was complete. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were friendly and nice! The room smelled clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again! 」
「The room was nice and comfortable. We had a river view which was pretty at night. It was disappointing that there was no gift shop. Also most of the restaurants were closed due to it being a Wednesday. We had children with us so we had to walk all the way around to the pool area to get to the ESPN restaurant that was open, which was annoying. I am assuming that will be fixed when the renovations are done. The food was excellent we even went back for breakfast. 」
「So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. 」
