Hello Jeni, we are sorry some items were lost. However, we were able to prove this was not the doing of an employee and also no key was mistakenly given for this room, which we were also able to prove. The time frame in which we were informed of these items disappearing (2am - 6am) while guests were indeed in the room is highly unlikely, according to the officer who investigated.
