Loved having the pool and sauna area to realx in. Rooms very clean and spacious, super comfy bed, All amenities excellent. Did not eat in hotel so cant comment on food but bar area looked very nice. Location was great too, close to centre and also close to market area, Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Staff very good and efficient, we were out most the day though and back in evenings, so it was our comfy base at the end of 10 days travelling. The perfect hotel to finish our trip at, with a bit more comfort and ability to relax and chill out for the last couple of days.

Hotel is in pristine condition, haven't had enough time to try the gym or other facilities. and location is OK, you still have to walk or get a cab to get to places like Bishkek Park or nearby shops. But I'm giving a low rating because I only had two options while arriving: 3am or 7am and they were inconsiderate and still asked me to overpay my ONE night stay because they had no early check in policy. This is something I noticed here in Kyrgyzstan, they just want to make money out of you and not really help their guests. Poor welcome to the country. Also when you arrive or leave the hotel, there's no bellman nearby or standing to help you with the luggage. I had to walk out of the cab and do that myself both times or ask for him to come. I also had to ask for my luggage to be picked up from the room and it took the bellman a while to get only 2 small suitcases.

Lovely stay, great location, great room, stellar amenities. Room cleaning wasn’t perfect but that was a small inconvenient in an otherwise great stay.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our one day stay. Museums, the mall, souvenir store, and good restaurants are within a 25-35 minute walk. The airport is about a 45 min drive. The breakfast buffet has made-to-order eggs and plenty of choices.

The location is convenient. The hotel is new and well equipped. They have a nice pool and different saunas, gym is also very good. I don’t like the smell of products , but this is a matter of taste. If you like verified standards-this Hotel is for you!

Great 3-night stay at the Novotel Bishkek! Staff were amazing with excellent English and were exceptional in arranging a complicated private tour. Furnishings are that clean, IKEA look (and smell) transporting me to my college dorm days. Location perfect.
