Staff initially tried to help but gave up. Luckily they had earplugs in the room. Oh they did offer to give us a beer for our trouble. 5 nights of very very poor sleep. Beware of room 214"

"The staff were very competent and friendly. The pool and spa facilities were superb. The breakfast was extremely varied and well stocked with hot food where applicable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good amount of pressure and was easy to adjust temperature."
