Wir (2 Familien) hatten in diesem Hau eine tolle Zeit. Die Verwalterin der zwei Wohnungen war sehe freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und nachvollziehbar. Die Unterkunft ist in Natura noch wesentlich gemütlicher als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Auch die Gegend rundherum hat eine Menge zu bieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Durch zwei getrennte Wohnungen hatte jeder seinen Bereich und zugleich boten die große Küche mit dem Wohnbereich genug Platz für das gemütliche Beisammensein. Die Räumlichkeiten sind in Natura noch viel gemütlicher als auf den Bildern, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Verwalterin des Anwesens wohnt auch dort, somit war Schlüsselübergabe und Abreise keinerlei Problem. Zudem war sie sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung selbst bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine gemütliche Woche in Ginselsried verbracht. Der Vierseithof hat zwei separate Ferienwohnungen mit je zwei Küchen und insgesamt 3 Bädern. Es besteht die Möglichkeit draußen in einer überdachten Essecke zu essen oder im Hof auf Liegestühlen zu entspannen. Es ist ausreichend Platz zum Badmintonspielen oder für Yoga. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, aber zu kurz für alle, die größer als 1,90m sind. Die Küchen haben alles, was man braucht. Der Ort ist ruhig, Einkaufen zu Fuß in 10min.

Ideales Ferienhaus für mehrere Familien. Sehr viel Platz. gemütliche Einrichtung - alles sauber . Eingefriedeter Innenhof, sehr schön wenn man kleinere Kinder hat. Leider war das Wetter schlecht, sonst hätten wir mit Sicherheit auch die schöne Grillterrasse benutzt. Wenn man für 12 Personen kochen möchte ist der Herd etwas klein und wird nur langsam heiß. Pfannen und scharfe Messer (wie eigentlich in jedem Ferienhaus) bringt man sich besser mit. Super Haus! Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Wir waren im Herbst für 1Woche bei herrlichstem Wetter im Ferienhaus Mader und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten eine schöne, angenehme Atmosphäre und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Hof ist am Ortsrand gelegen, d.h. man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Natur.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, großer Innenhof für sicheres Kinderspielen. Viele Küchenustensilien und Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, sehr gute Warmwasserversorgung. Die große überdachte Terrasse ist auch ein Plus. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Zu verbessern wäre das schwache WLAN. Das in Rechnung Stellen der verbrauchten Müllsäcke beim Checkout fanden wir eher befremdlich.

Zu verbessern wäre der schlechte WLAN Anschluss. Dass man beim Checkout zusätzlich für die benutzten Müllsäcke zahlen muss, ist unüblich bzw. eher befremdlich. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.
