  • Lovely 78m² duplex apartment, located just a stone's throw from the market square and the beaches, it offers you: an entrance with a cupboard, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cupboard, a separate toilet, 1 shower room, 1 living room with a TV and an open-plan equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker... A loggia arranged as a dining room. Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed + wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 shower room with toilet. Accommodation with a parking space and a shared bicycle storage. Ideally well located in a quiet area while having the city centre only 500m away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the possibility of doing everything on foot, this property is for you! An obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 100 euros is payable on site.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, viel Platz und mit allen ausgestattet was mann für Küche oder Wäsche benötigt. Die Lage war ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege zum Markt oder Strand. Gab nichts zu beanstanden.Gerne wieder!!

Agréable Duplex, spatieux et bien situé

La localisation de l’appartement, le côté spacieux et l’accueil de l’agence. Mettre la climatisation en haut, il fait trop chaud dans les chambres, dommage.

Grands volumes

Bel appartement de grande taille situé en plein milieu de la ville sans être près du bruit. 10 minutes de marche de la plage centrale. Centre ville, magasins, boulanger etc à 5 min. Chambres en étage de grande taille et plafonds hauts. Pièce pricipale et veranda/SAM aussi de belles proportions. Appartement date des 1990-2000 et cela se sent dans les SDB, WC, et la cuisine. Bien que tout était assez propre et en ordre, murs et plafonds ont besoin d'une couche de peinture neuve pour rafraîchir un appartement qui peut être sombre du à la grande arbre en face qui domine complètement la vue de la piéce de séjour. Les équipments de la cuisine sont petits et de qualité secondaire. Lave vaisselle taille "mini", lave linge taille "demie." Petite poubelle. Plaques vitrocéramiques petites et compliquées à utiliser. Pas de four taille normale. Ne pas compter à faire trop de cuisine si vous êtes 6 personnes! Fenêtre chambre 1er étage donne sur le balcon passage d'access des autres appartements de l'immeuble, donc jour et nuit les gens peuvent passer. Pas question de laisser le store ouvert et ni la fenêtre si vous êtes sensible au bruit. Matelas du lit est à changer. Pas de wifi, ni de climatisation. Difficile pour les jours de canicule sans vent. 100 euros supplément obligatoire pour néttoyage fin de location est bien excessif, surtout quand ils ne font ni le linge, ni la vaisselle, ni ramassage des ordures. A revoir.

La Localisation du bien et son équipement. Remplacement du matelas de la chambre du RDC. L'achat d'une radio qui permettrait d'écouter de la musique.
