Lovely 78mÂČ duplex apartment, located just a stone's throw from the market square and the beaches, it offers you: an entrance with a cupboard, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cupboard, a separate toilet, 1 shower room, 1 living room with a TV and an open-plan equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker... A loggia arranged as a dining room. Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed + wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 shower room with toilet. Accommodation with a parking space and a shared bicycle storage. Ideally well located in a quiet area while having the city centre only 500m away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the possibility of doing everything on foot, this property is for you! An obligatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 100 euros is payable on site.

La localisation de l’appartement, le cĂŽtĂ© spacieux et l’accueil de l’agence. Mettre la climatisation en haut, il fait trop chaud dans les chambres, dommage.

Grands volumes

Bel appartement de grande taille situĂ© en plein milieu de la ville sans ĂȘtre prĂšs du bruit. 10 minutes de marche de la plage centrale. Centre ville, magasins, boulanger etc Ă  5 min. Chambres en Ă©tage de grande taille et plafonds hauts. PiĂšce pricipale et veranda/SAM aussi de belles proportions. Appartement date des 1990-2000 et cela se sent dans les SDB, WC, et la cuisine. Bien que tout Ă©tait assez propre et en ordre, murs et plafonds ont besoin d'une couche de peinture neuve pour rafraĂźchir un appartement qui peut ĂȘtre sombre du Ă  la grande arbre en face qui domine complĂštement la vue de la piĂ©ce de sĂ©jour. Les Ă©quipments de la cuisine sont petits et de qualitĂ© secondaire. Lave vaisselle taille "mini", lave linge taille "demie." Petite poubelle. Plaques vitrocĂ©ramiques petites et compliquĂ©es Ă  utiliser. Pas de four taille normale. Ne pas compter Ă  faire trop de cuisine si vous ĂȘtes 6 personnes! FenĂȘtre chambre 1er Ă©tage donne sur le balcon passage d'access des autres appartements de l'immeuble, donc jour et nuit les gens peuvent passer. Pas question de laisser le store ouvert et ni la fenĂȘtre si vous ĂȘtes sensible au bruit. Matelas du lit est Ă  changer. Pas de wifi, ni de climatisation. Difficile pour les jours de canicule sans vent. 100 euros supplĂ©ment obligatoire pour nĂ©ttoyage fin de location est bien excessif, surtout quand ils ne font ni le linge, ni la vaisselle, ni ramassage des ordures. A revoir.
