Chez Eaux de Vie - Beautiful newly converted barn for 6 - overlooking vineyards!

Welcome to Chez Eaux de Vie situated very close to Pons, in the Charente Maritime region of south-west France. These 2 spacious gites; One gite with 2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus a separate, attached gite with 1 double bedroom are perfect for a family traveling with grandparents or 3 couples (6 people in total). The gites are located in a rural setting overlooking vineyards & sunflowers are the perfect place to unwind and relax. Set on the grounds of a maison de maître, with panoramic views and on the edge of a small traditional viticulturist commune, the little hamlet of Avy is lit up at night from the balcony & patio.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is made up as 2 attached gites; one for 4 people and one for 2 people. Please note that each gite must have at least 1 responsible adult staying (minimum age 21yrs). It is also possible to rent the gites separately- so get in touch for a reduced rate.

There are many amenities/restaurants/bars/cafes just a short drive away which we’re happy to book on your behalf.

Solar heated pool - shared with hosts (which we use 1-2 hrs from early evening only) - Open mid-May through to mid-October (weather allowing), and cleaned every morning for you by us.

2 Towels per person plus face cloth and pool towel provided.

Children must never be left unsupervised by the pool. The pool will be closed at night by a fully compliant electric cover and reopened mornings.
Please be thoughtful of neighbours, keeping noise to a minimum after 22:00.
Please take down umbrellas at the end of the day (or after use) in the case of a storm or high winds.

Fantastisch uitzicht en een heerlijk huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien, met zwembad

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met zorg ingericht. Het heeft een ruime, lichte woonkeuken waar het prettig is om te koken, eten, spelletjes spelen aan tafel. De woonkamer is comfortabel. De slaapkamers zijn zeer ruim met kasten, fijne badkamers en goede bedden. Het terras is fantastisch met het uitzicht over de wijnvelden, de verschillende zitjes, de barbecue en het zwembad. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn zeer gastvrij en professioneel. In het dorp kun je wijn, cognac en Pineau proeven. Veel te doen in de omgeving. We hadden een topweek en komen graag nog eens terug.
