駅から歩いて数分の場所にああります。到着が夜の9時時でしたが安心して歩いて行くことことができました。お部屋が高層階だったのもあり、霧に包まれたバーミンガムの街を見渡すことができ贅沢な気分になりました。キッチン道具や調理器具は一通りそろっていました。お湯の使い方だけ説明をして欲しかったです。ボイラーでお湯を沸かし溜めるタイプと知らず、2泊目の夜にお湯が出なくなり、慌ててフロントの方をよんだところ、お湯を使ったらリセットボタンを押さなければいけないと知りました。お湯が湧くのに1時間ほどかかりました。 チャックアウト後に部屋にメガネを忘れたことの気づき、メールで連絡をしたところ、保管をしていてくれて日本へと郵送してくれました。その際の対応が早く、丁寧で本当にありがたかったです。

分譲マンションの一部を賃貸しています。
20階建てのビルの18階に3泊しました。部屋は清潔で、眺望は申し分ありません。ホテルと言うよりも、高級分譲マンションの空き室を旅行者に貸していると考えた方が分かりやすいです。従ってルームサービスは殆どありませんが、周辺は大規模ショッピングセンターに囲まれており、夜間早朝の食事など困る事はありません。駅まで２分程の距離なので、鉄道旅行に最適のホテルです。 なお、チェックイン時にデポジットとして50ポンドをカードで支払うように求められますが、部屋を汚さしたりしない限り、後日返却されるとの事です。

Breakfast was not prepared even though I booked a plan with breakfast. House cleaning is twice a week. There was a water leak.

Dear AA I'm so sorry for any confusion over the breakfast and housekeeping, as a serviced apartment provider we don't have a restaurant, so we supply everything you need to make breakfast, but you do have to cook it yourself. We will try to make that clearer on the sites of our travel partners. With housekeeping, we offer two options. A 'full clean' with a linen change once a week and 'refresh', which can be carried out as often as you need during your stay with us. Apologies again for any confusion. With my best wishes Gavin

価格が高い割に部屋はあまりきれいではなかった。エレベーターも２台のうち、1台が4日間故障で使えず不便だった。駅周辺にアパート形式（キッチン、洗濯機、食器など完備）の滞在型ホテルができているので、そちらのほうがコストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。 海外からの学生や若いカップルなどが多かった。中国系の若い女性はパジャマでエレベータに乗って移動していた。

There was numerous wear and tear within the apartment. The apartment smelt musky on arrival. Bathrobes were dirty, hairs on the bed and internet connection was poor. Staff were friendly.

Wouldn't stay again
It's well located but it just felt really impersonal, not overly clean and the lifts and corridors smelt. Staff interaction is limited to the odd word, security are often sitting on reception smoking vapes. The windows are filthy, the blanket on the bed looked like it hadn't been washed in a while, there was unclean crockery in the cupboards, there's a washing machine but no dishwasher, which I feel would be more useful. My room had a massive wall in the middle of it, so the room felt very odd, the sofa is cheap, you can't see the tv from the bed and there were lots of small black insects in the bathroom. Absolutely not worth the price, particularly when I could have paid less than half on the day. Many nicer places to stay in birmingham.

Superb location right in the centre and only a couple of mins from the train station. View from the room was amazing. The oranges and muslie were perfect for breakfast

Nice room, great location
Could have used instructions on how to find the front door in the confirmation email. And I had one day when I seem to have needed to shower when the in-room water heater was shut down. I did find instructions for how to restart it, but it takes close to an hour to get hot water again. Housekeeping let me shower in a nearby unoccupied room so I could make my appointment. These were minor issues though. The location right in the middle of town was very convenient, and the room was nice.

Always a great stay. Fabulous location. Helpful staff. Amazing views from 16th floor. Only negative is the apartments are getting a bit tired now, especially the bathroom.

Amazing views all over Birmingham
An amazing stay once again. I've stayed here on two previous occasions. I forgot how good the view is! The property is always clean and well maintained. I had to request by text message the WiFi codes, but they were sent with 30 minutes of my request. It's a great location when travelling by train into Birmingham

Amazing accommodation
Absolutely amazing hidden gem. Ideally located for the train station, shopping and close to restaurants and bars. Couldnt of asked for anything better. The studio apartments are fabulous for short stay, everything you could possibly want or need, amazing views over Birmingham and the beds are literally so comfortable. Fantastic stay, wouldn't go anywhere else now 🙂

Poor communication and no follow up action.
I find there is no hot water during my shower at night. I call the receptionist but no one answer my call as they are out of working hour which is totally fine and understandable. Then, I sent a message via whatsapp as per the guideline in this hotel but I never received any feedback or reply even after my departure which is a little bit frustrating and disappointing. Actually I tied to call the hotline next day morning at least 4 times and also tried again in the afternoon but still no one answered my call.
