Enjoy a wonderful location with excellent transport links to NEC & City Centre. With off street parking for up to 10 vehicles, Stoney Court is perfect for business workers, small conferences and events and large / extended families. Just 15 minutes from NEC, Birmingham Airport and City Centre. Incredible social / conferencing space located in the middle of the garden is perfect for getting together.

Wonderful house - we will be back
We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year.

A great place for a large group of friends
We booked this property for a New Year's get together of friends. The property was exactly what we needed, a lovely large space for us all to relax in. We made extensive use of both houses and found everything to be great. The only minor point is the back garden on the left hand side wasn't secure, so the dog in our party managed to get out for a larger-than-intended explore.

Exhibition - Home from home
Rented for a number of work colleagues for an exhibition. Facilities and home from home feel made it a perfect and relaxing place to be after a long day at a show. The space and amenities surpassed expectations, will book for next time, highly recommended.

Excellent Property
Stayed here for a stag do in Birmingham with 15 guests. Perfect property, exactly what we were looking for. More than enough space for all of us, two kitchens, comfy beds and plenty of showers so no queuing to get ready. Nathan was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, very helpful and a really decent guy. Would recommend all round.
