Enjoy a spacious updated home with room for the whole family, beds for 12! Two levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and two living areas. Unique Spiral Staircase! Located 8 minutes from the airport. 9 minutes to UAB hospital. 9 minutes to Uptown, Protective Stadium, Legacy Arena and the BJCC. 3 minutes to Avondale. You will love this quiet street and comfortable home with off-street parking for 6 vehicles, fully furnished kitchen, and laundry. Come see what Birmingham has to offer!

I am local to Birmingham and available if needed but I will not see guests unless specifically requested. Guests will have a unique access code to enter the property via the electronic door lock.

Welcome to Crestwood South! Crestwood South was built in the 50's-70's and is a large quiet residential neighborhood just outside of downtown.

Exactly what was advertised!

The homes looks exactly like the photos. There was plenty of room for my guests and parking. I had everything I needed to prepare and serve my meals. That night it was 30 degrees, he made sure the house was nice and warm when we arrived. The check in and out instructions was very clear and easy to follow. You are 5 to 7 minutes away from the shopping center which was a huge deal. 2 turns is all it took. Simplicity at its finest lol. The neighborhood was quiet, no one bothered us or was being nosey. We really enjoyed our stay. Oh yea, I decided I wanted to stay an extra day so I contacted the host. He replied immediately and made it happen.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, very nicely renovated home with plenty of room for our group. Property manager communicated well with me. I would definitely recommend the property.

Good property, overall good stay. Bathrooms were all low on soap which was less than ideal. Plenty of parking for multiple cars
