"The property is undergoing renovations, however, that did not affect our stay. It was a lovely stay right across from Birch Bay. Nicely appointed rooms with everything you need to create a meal. Meticulously clean. Beds are a little soft, but all was nice overall. Nice little town. "

"old and dated. Nicole who greeted us was very pleasant. Allison has not been responsive to my quest to get the number of nights corrected. Charged for 5 nights in error should have been 4-left after 3 which I understand that is not refundable. Sugar ants in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Nice quiet area but would not go back."

"Our stay was short but enjoyable. With all new flooring, cupboards, appliances, fresh paint and new furnishings this has a fresh feel to the space. The foam mattress on the Murphy Bed was adequate. We did not use the internet and felt the $4.95/day access charge was a bit much. Any hotel/motel offers free internet. The location is great, right along the beach, and a short walk to the Beach House where we looked out at the beach as we ate a delicious breakfast. The owners and resort staff...
