日本人がほとんどいない。プライベートビーチは貸切状態でのんびりできました。ホテルのプールと海が一体化してとても素晴らしい！お部屋も清潔で綺麗で満足でした。 1泊2日のビンタン島旅行。オプショナルツアーには参加しなくても、プライベートやプールだけでも満足できました。

ビスタというレストラン、受付と同じ所にありカウンターに並び注文し、自分の席で待つという方法は何とかならないものですか。最初システムが判らず席に座って待つ事10分、誰も注文を取りに来ないのでスタッフに聞くと上記のシステムとの事。そのようなシステムと最初からわかっていたら小生は宿泊しませんでした洗面所のシンクが浅過ぎる。蛇口をひねると水が跳ね返り服がすぐ濡れる。且つ水がどう見ても濁っている。茶色っぽい。設備が新しいと言ってもそれは駄目でしょう。それとこれは設備というよりサービスの事ですが、朝部屋を出て夕方戻ってもまだ掃除されていない。これ又フロントの人に聞くと、小生は2泊しましたが、2泊だと部屋の掃除はされないとの事。小生にとっては前代未聞の話でした。ホテルがそのようなシステムを取られるのは自由ですが、宿泊する方も選ぶ事情がありますので、その点を事前に周知徹底しておいて貰いたく思います。部屋も小ぎれいにまとまっていて、目の前のビーチもきれいでスタッフの方々もフレンドリーなのに大変残念でした。

Cassia has a unique select service approach allowing guests to choose how to enjoy their vacation on their own terms, without the constant interruption and hard sell from staff; I do hope you appreciated this, as many guests do. In regards to the dirty water, this was an isolated incident that came from the town water supply, I do understand that after a running the water the water became clear, of course I do understand that it is not pleasant to see. 手軽に楽しめるリゾート・アパートメント

ビンタン島フェリーターミナルから送迎バスで10分程で着ける。プライベートビーチ、プールが有り、手軽にリゾートを楽しめます。施設のプールは小さく子供用みたいですが、隣接するホテルのプールも利用できます。ビーチも綺麗でしたが、あいにく風が強く波が荒く泳げませんでした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、アメニティがありません。歯ブラシなど必要に物は持っていく事を進めます。朝食は、隣接のホテルのレストランになります。ウェスタン、中華、インドネシアとメニューは豊富でしたが、日本人にし余り口に合いませんでした。オフシーズンに利用した事もあると思いますが、コスパは非常に良いです。

The tour offering is truly a ripoff and wouldn’t recommend anyone the offer. The property was good and clean. But dining is expensive. There is no grocery shop around either. Don’t go there during rainy season.

The rooms are nice, we liked that it's near the golf course. However whenever we call a buggy, it always takes a while and the reception during check in is always chaotic and long q. Other than that, this is still one of our favourite hotels in Bintan.

What a pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The golf course is great while the beach is one of the best in the region with white sands and clear waters.

O hotel é novo, limpo, bem cuidado . A praia em frente é de uma água clara e quentinha, calma, uma delícia e perfeita para crianças. O hotel está vazio, então não tem muitas atividades acontecendo. Comida muito gostosa, funcionários educados e gentis. Fornece toalhas de praia, cadeiras e guarda sol de graça. Até bolsa para levar pra praia está a disposição dos hóspedes!! O quartos são super amplos!

We are impressed with our stay. Check in was easy. The rooms were simple and clean….we all love the space. Breakfast was sufficient but would be better if coffee station was faster. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days, love the beach and the pool. Good variety of restaurants to go.

Sehr schön gelegenes Resort, noch relativ neu und in einem sehr gut guten Zustand. Wir hatten ein wirklich tolles Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terasse, Meerblick und voll ausgestatteter Küche, die wir nicht wirklich gebraucht haben. Nespresso-Kapselmaschine im Zimmer, also an Tabs denken, denn im Shop dort sind sie relativ teuer. Ein absoluter Traumstrand liegt direkt am Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Shuttle von der Fähre zum Hotel und zurück kostenlos inbegriffen. Indonesien-Visa ist unverhältnismäßig teuer (50 S$). Restaurant am Hotel ganz OK, Frühstück vielfältig und gute Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Speisen. Einzig zu beachten ist: Wenn man mehr braucht als nur am Strand oder im Pool chillen, wird es dort bald langweilig. Es gibt außer dem noch nobleren Partnerhotel Bayan Tree nebenan nichts in Gehreichweite. Kein Shuttlebus in einen Ort oder ähnliches. Wir hatten für unsere Woche dort vier Tage lang einen Taxi mit Fahrer gebucht (Heri Taxi ist klasse!). Kostet zwar, dafür sieht man die ganze Insel und ist immer noch günstiger, als die Exkursionen (Schnorcheln, Fireflies, Temple, Märkte...) im Hotel zu buchen; was aber möglich ist. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche, glatte Empfehlung.

The only problem that I had with this hotel is their housekeeping side. They only carried out the entire room makeup on every second day of week. I found it weird. Most of the hotel carried out make up of the room daily. I only say that they might be short of housekeeping staff.

The apartment was great! Cute, clean (although we did have an ant issue, but they came to clean and spray right away). Has a kitchenette with utensils, plates, pots, etc. My tv stopped working (just stayed on loading) but I watched my own shows from my phone so no biggie. The beach is great! Clean, beautiful, water’s warm and not many people. For dining options, prices are not local price. Tourist price. It’s what you would pay in US or Singapore. If you have that expectation, then it’s fine. Transportation is very limited. Everything by taxi, nothing within walkable distance from the hotel. No shuttle except to and from the ferry terminal (free). If you do massages outside, they usually provide free transport to and from the massage place back to the hotel. Bring your own food or snacks then you can enjoy the hotel and the beach much more comfortably. Breakfast buffet was great! Tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful property.

The room was great. Two bedroom apartment for a reasonable price with breakfast included. Everything else (activities, attractions and food options) are highly overpriced. The only reasonable priced food option was the restaurant located in the main building around the front desk of the hotel (Vista).

Very friendly staff. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The pool is a bit small and can be crowded. The food is overpriced as expected in resorts but other amenities make up for it.

良かった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

We got a suprise and free upgrade for our accommodation. The room was fantastic. Fully equipped and the house set up was nice. The only set back is that the toilet has no air ventilation but it's a small issue to me. Bed was clean and tidy. I would return again in my next retreat.

Worth the price, brand new, clean and tidy, spacious, good ambience, nice view (even i got upgrade to ocean view) recommend to stay after monsoon season and weekday to get a better offer. Overall was perfect, thank u!
