Here are the highlights:
- Check-in was slow.
- The entire front parking lot was under construction, making finding a spot really difficult.
- The couch and comforter in our King Suite were filthy with stains on them.
- The front desk person (in the morning) was extremely rude. When I asked about the possibility of a later check-out (even if there was a fee), the answer I received was, "Well, our check-out is at noon and we're not going to do anything more than that."
-I got a knock on the door. No announcement of who it could be. So, I promptly got up and started making my way to the door before a man was already opening it to let himself in!! Excuse me?!! It was only about 10:30 am at this point so there is no reason anyone, even housekeeping, should be letting themselves into our room! Especially without announcing who you are! Incredibly unprofessional! Can you imagine the scenarios that went through my head?
- The only highlights were the size of the room and the breakfast attendant the morning we checked out. She was very kind and was great with keeping the area tidy.
