値段ヨーロッパの東横インかアパ
2泊しました。部屋は清潔、シンプルで必要最低限のもの以外は何もありません。しかし使うかどうかわからない物があるより、その分値段設定が低いので私は好きです。ただ低反発枕に慣れているので枕は好きになれません。皆さん愛想も良いし一階のバーで水も買えるし熱いお湯もくれるので快適に過ごせました。

フロントで二重に請求⁉️
ホテルの設備は可もなく不可もなくだったのですが、一番驚いたのは、カードで支払いができているはずの宿泊料を再度請求されたこことです。覇気のない青年が、当方がスペイン語を理解できないと気づくと、紙に126€と書き、払えという、なんかおかしいと思い、ノ、ペイ、と強めに言うと、照れ隠しのような感じでレジを見て、オッケーという。その時点では、レシートももらえず、なんかへんな感じだった。 昼過ぎに預けた荷物を取りに戻って、ロビーでバスの時間まで、ゆるゆると和んでいたところ、テキパキ感のある女性スタッフが、不意に声をかけて来て、ビル？と言って領収書を持ってきた。受け取ったが、そこにはちゃんと126カードで払ったとある。全体に支払いに関して不信感がある。さらに外出する時傘を貸して欲しいとたのんだができないとのこと、料金のこといい、サービスのこといい、再び利用することはないし、人にも進めない。

清潔で良い
予約した際に参考として見た写真と実際では良い意味で違っていた。改装して間もない為であろうか部屋も受付も簡素、清潔、綺麗でした。

無駄なものが一切ない機能的ホテル
IBISチェーンの特徴が良く出てる無駄なものはないけど、必要なものはある、というのに、ホテルです。夜遅くの到着で一泊だったので、十分でした。

Great Location for Tourists
This hotel is not located in the center of the old town (where the touristy attractions are) or near Guggenheim. But both the old town and Guggenheim are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I had fun walking around the city. It is such a small city so if you walk to the old town and Guggenheim from the hotel, you end up exploring most of the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. However, because I went in July, the price was little expensive for the hotel of this type. Overall I was very happy with the stay.

Wir waren hier zwei Freundinnen im Ibis Centro und waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten zuerst im „Ibis Budget“ eingecheckt, dort gefiel es uns gar nicht, deswegen der Wechsel ins „Ibis Bilbao Centro“, Lage ist super, Personal freundlich, Zimmer groß und Betten gemütlich! Das Frühstück war auch gut, super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Staff were excellent, informative and spoke good English. Rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are comfortable. Hotel is in a good central location with most attractions within walking distance. 15 mins max.

Hotel très bien situé. Personnel accueillant. Chambre petite mais correcte vu le prix. On a même eu des chocolats et des bonbons sur le lit chose que je n'avais pas vu depuis longtemps. Très agréable. Petit déjeuner inclus et tout à fait correct

Good Value in Downtown Bilbao
Good value hotel in downtown Bilbao. Short walking distance to tram line to connect around the major sights. Parking was a real surprise, well priced and on site. Ibis is stepping up their game - recommended.
