バスタブ付きの広めの清潔なお部屋で気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただ、市電の駅からは坂を15分程度登らなければならず、バスの便も少ないので、車で旅をされている方にお勧めします。 朝食は、種類はそこそこあって普通です。

総合的には良いホテル
部屋は広くて快適だったが、シャワー室だけは使い勝手が悪かった。立地も総合的には良く、バス停や駅にも近く、旧市街へも徒歩で行けたが、ホテルへ帰る道がかなりの登坂でこれにはかなり閉口した。

長期滞在にぴったりで快適！
設備、ロケーション、広さ、価格、全てにおいて満足！二人で宿泊したが、一切不満なく滞在できました！初めてのマドリード旅行にはちょうど良いです！特にキッチン周りの装備が充実しており、長期滞在にぴったりでした。

新しいためかとても綺麗で清潔、客室もバスルーム（バスタブも！）も広く、快適でした。スタッフの方と接したのはチェックイン・アウトの時だけでしたが感じが良かったです。 中心部からは少し離れているのでこのグレードにしては価格が抑えめなのかと思いますが、ホテルのすぐそばに中心街へのバス停がありますし、旧市街のバル街にも歩いて行けるので、不便さは感じませんでした。

Poor service, unpleasant strong fragrance in reception and hallways which gave us a headache. Didn’t feel like a four star hotel, 3 at best. Rooms and particularly bathroom watching not cleaned well. We were taken aback when we were provided with a disabled room upon early check-in without being informed beforehand. We absolutely understand and respect the necessity of accessible rooms for guests in need, and we would have been more than willing to wait for a standard room if necessary. However, it was disappointing that the staff did not communicate this to us beforehand.

Nice hotel with a good bar in the lobby and a decent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean but lacked in interior decorating - a couple of pictures on the walls was about all. The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. The explanation that the AC is programmed to start in mid May is weak as there have been consistent heat waves in February and April. If you are driving to the hotel and need to drop off your rental car at the airport my recommendation is to drop off your bags with the concierge, leaving the car on the small concrete apron near the front door for a few minutes, then check in when you return from the airport.

Stylisches urbanes Hotel. Liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar/ an der Sauberkeit könnte man ein wenig optimieren. (Sehr staubige Böden bei Ankunft, Bettdecke leicht befleckt) war aber nach 1. Zimmerreinigung behoben ohne dass wir es angesprochen hatten. Würden wieder buchen!

Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Restaurant offers fantastic breakfast buffet, best I've ever seen. Overall, the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Woke up after the first night covered in hair, someone else's hair. How utterly disgusting that they didn't clean the bedding. Solo traveller so of course they stuck me right by the lift, must be a hotel rule, they all do it. Was give two single beds (for one person?!?!?!) Instead of a double. Insulting. The whole hotel feels hollow and unwelcoming. Really disappointed and no where near worth the money I paid Desk staff were kind and helpful, the hotels only saving grace.

Difficile de croire qu'il s'agit d'un 4*, en tout cas pas un 4* actuel. Chambre très spacieuse mais vide... quelques doutes sur la propreté, décoration fade et surtout 0 insonorisation! On entend tout ce qu'il se passe chez les voisins!! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon et varié. L'emplacement mitigé, l'hôtel se trouve face à un rond-point ce qui ne fait pas rêver mais le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied.

We were overcome by cigarette smoke smell when we opened the room door. I immediately went to the front desk and aked for another room which they happily provided. We really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative was when just now for this review we were asked how we were treated as Expedia VIP's. What? We were unaware that we qualified for that benift. What does that even mean? Did we miss a benefit because we were unaware?
