"It was a very clean and awesome place to stay. The only complaint I have is the lawn people and cleaning people were there working on the house 30 min before checkout and was very difficult to get last minute things out of the house, especially my kids. Lawn guy was cutting bushes on front porch and cleaning lady was trying to enter the front door while we were walking out. We loved the location and all the amenities that were provided ( mostly beach bikes)"

Perdido Bay 4BR Waterfront House WITH A DOCK AND WHITE SANDS IN THE BACKYARD!

"If you are looking for a relaxing beach / bay getaway, this is the place! The location is awesome on Perdido Bay with nearby dining, grocery, drug stores, and Target if you forget anything. The dock is great for hanging out and fishing. We did some sunbathing on the white sand beach / yard. The second story covered deck has a great view and nice place to hang out, as is the patio below. The master bedroom is on the top floor with the kitchen and family room. All other bedrooms are on the bottom floor. Nice large garage with access if you need it plus plenty of driveway space. We had two adult couples, two adult kids, and two little kids plus a dog and everyone was very comfortable with the space and amenities.Michelle was super easy to communicate with. She was on top of check in, check out, and the couple questions we had. Code lock on the front door so it was super simple for everyone. Only recommendation is to stock some fresh or sharpened knives and cutting boards as it seems previous renters have blunted most of the knives and we only found one thin plastic cutting board, also heavily used. Otherwise, kitchen worked great as did the grill and and pantry is very generously sized. Plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods were stocked and easily located - it’s always nice to not have to buy or bring those items.Great house, great host!!"
