This vacation rental offers a number of great options to enjoy outdoor living including furnished, wraparound decks with peek-a-boo slope views, a private hot tub, and a second-floor balcony off the primary-suite complete with a gas fire table, two hammocks, and two Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the full 11,000-square-foot lot complete with large outdoor activity space and a private hill that’s great for sledding in winter and lawn games in summer.
The interior of this home boasts mountain-chic charm throughout with exposed ceiling beams, wood floors, and a gas fireplace in the living area - a great space to unwind with your loved ones and start planning the next day’s adventures. Switch on the gas fireplace on chilly nights and stream your favorite channels on the flatscreen TV. Use the vintage turntable and the selection of vinyl records to spin your favorite tunes, and then cook up delicious meals in the full chef’s kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar, while the dining table offers a terrific spot for meals or family game nights.
The main floor features a private bedroom complete with luggage stands and table lamps equipped with USB chargers. This bedroom is connected to a fully-upgraded bathroom with a ceiling heater and standalone shower. Downstairs you will also find a large laundry room complete with a full-size washer/dryer. Snow gear storage, boot warmers, and a bench are all also available in the laundry room to help get your snow days off to a great start!
The second floor features a fun, furnished loft area designed to entertain kids of all ages! Here you will find a bunk bed with an additional trundle, plus a hideaway sofabed. Enjoy the movable, 72' smart TV to serve your streaming needs and check out the VHS/DVD player with videos for some old-school entertainment! Also connected to the TV is a Classic Mini Retro Nintendo console with over 100 games to choose from as you lounge on the oversized beanbag furniture. Take a break from screen time and play some shuffleboard on the LED-lit table, while the kids can challenge one another at the foosball table.
On this level, you will also find the comfortably-furnished primary suite. This premier bedroom comes complete with a full sitting area to lounge in with your loved one, a 65' flatscreen TV, and a space heater to stay extra warm on those cold winter nights. This suite also includes a Keurig coffee maker, mugs, and wine glasses which you can use out on the private which is surrounded by whispering pine trees. Connected to the primary suite is a full bath complete with a dual vanity, ceiling heater, and shower/tub combo.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
