Mount Bearadise is perfect for everyone. Across the street from the National Forest located in a beautiful, quiet area of Big Bear City close to the Lake, Big Bear snow play, and Oktoberfest! Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home with central heating!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2570+ sq ft home with cathedral exposed beam ceilings in the living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, electric fireplace, smart TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Downstairs fifth bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Family room with pool table and arcade machine! Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax by the cozy gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Spacious backyard with patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large and fully fenced backyard!

PARKING - 5-car driveway, 2 driveways, one in front of the garage and one to the left of the house.
