Un personnel accueillant et avenant, une décoration agréable et moderne, une chambre très propre et soignée. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme mais à un quart d'heure à pied du centre et de la plage. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Nice hotel, nice staff and nearby the town centre
Very nice stay, cosy bedroom and 10 minutes walking to the town centre. The guy who was in charge was very nice to us, and helping us with all our questions and needs. 10 out of 10

Points positifs : le petit-déjeuner à un prix réduit, la proximité avec le centre et la plage , la bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée Points négatifs : - Absence de climatisation - Absence d'ascenseur - Rue très bruyante. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes - Installations désuètes (ex rideau de douche) - Ventilateur maculé de poussières, ménage approximatif - Accueil austère. De plus, nous avions vraiment eu l'impression de déranger lorsque le dernier jour nous avons demandé si l'établissement pouvait garder nos bagages le temps de notre dernière promenade à Biarritz. C'est une pratique pourtant habituelle, il n'y avait rien d'extravagant à cette demande. C'est dommage.

Sympaattinen pikkuhotelli hieman sivussa turistivirroista. Kuitenkin rantaa käveli 10 minuutissa pientaloalueen läpi. Siisti,rauhallinen,hyvät sängyt,tilava kph. Oikeastaan ainut epäkohta oli huoneiden kokolattiamatot,vaikkakin siistit. Lentokentän bussipysäkki,vaikkei kovin kaukana,kukkulaisen alueen vastakkaisella puolella!

Staff key to great hoo
The hotel is well situated, comfortable with s great breakfast. But it's staff that shines. Jeans-yves helped me find the right bus stop, recommended a good restaurant and told me the highlights of the city

Etat général de l'hôtel plutôt satisfaisant mais situation un peu délicate. Le long d'une avenue très fréquentée donc les chambres côté rue ne sont pas forcément de tout repos la nuit.

Hôtel à recommander sans hésiter!
L'hôtel offre des prestations de très bonne qualité, il est bien situé (à peine 10mn à pied de la grande plage) et l'accueil y est très attentionné. Par ailleurs, je trouve que les prix pratiqués sont tout à fait raisonnables. Bref, j'ai passé un très agréable séjour!

sympa mais il y a mieux
Chambre et literie agréable mais il y a mieux dans la même gamme de prix. En arrivant à l'accueil la personne ne trouvait pas la clé de la chambre et en plus de ça, l'employé était arrogant et lourd avec ses phrases ironiques. La chambre était bien rangée mais les produits utilisés par la femme de ménage sentaient tellement mauvais que j'aurais presque préféré qu'elle ne nettoie pas la chambre...
