Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. "Hotel is located on the main cliff top by the heli pad. Very conviently to walk straight along to the numerous bats and resturants along the cliff front as well as get to the beach. The room was spacious, clean and working AC, fan and a min fridge. Wifi reception was good and overall a pleasant stay at this hotel."
