"Loved my stay, this was my first time in Hull and the listing made me think this was going to be a nice mid range hotel in the city. I loved this hotel the entrance at the far end of the road. This road had plenty of spaces even though I turned up after 11pm. The single room was comfortable and tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious, a proper old fashioned English breakfast. The toaster cooked the toast perfectly and juice glasses were a sensible size. The staff were very friendly and I can’t recommend this enough. "

"The food and staff are absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful with a canopy bed and a sitting area which was a welcoming area to relax after a day of sightseeing. It's also very well positioned for day adventures to the coast and York. The management team were also very visible for information and they even arranged my laundry. I would like to mention the food. The kitchen staff did a wonderful job as did the wait staff and housekeeping. Thanks for making our trip memorable. John and Agnes room 16. The best room."

"Great location for what I needed, 5 min walk from train station, to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and having access to 24 hr snacks and drinks was great for me especially for my first time in hull. "

"Friendly and professional staff which is always welcome. Our room had an issue with the shower and we were promptly and courteously given a new room. A super location and they have got everything just right here. The only slight disappointment was the confusion with breakfast orders on the second morning which affected all guests and nearly made us late. The staff dealt with it all very well however. "
